My Story.
I’ve spent my career designing how people move through complex systems — from early agency days and startups to Google’s AI & Compute Enablement team. I learned quickly that the impact of design isn’t about the tools we use. It’s about creating clarity in places where people feel overwhelmed or unsure.
I’ve always believed that intelligent systems should enhance human judgment, not override it. That belief shaped the teams I’ve built, the systems I’ve led, and the way I help designers and leaders navigate change.
